Certified by the Balsamic Vinegar Consortium of Modena, began operating in 2013.

The history of the Gran Hotel Potrerillos dates back to 1940 when its construction began.
The Potrerillos Reservoir, inaugurated at the end of 2001, regulates the flow of the Mendoza River, forming a large greenish-turquoise mirror that captivates the eyes and sensations.
It was founded in Mendoza in 2003 by Carlos Pulenta, the third generation of a traditional winery family.
100km away from the City of Mendoza, Bodega Diamandes is located in the heart of the Uco Valley.
