It has its original architecture from 1922. It was restored in 2010 and today it is a cultural heritage of Mendoza.
The excellence of its restaurant, Abrasado is based on the complete traceability of the product, its hallmark: dry-aged meats, a process by which the meat ages, improving its flavor, color, tenderness, texture and juiciness. Abrasado was distinguished with the International GOLD award in the restaurants category of the Best of Wine Tourism 2022.
