The importance of this space lies in the tourist possibilities that the Potrerillos Dam and its majestic mirror of water have brought with it, in addition to the paradisiacal landscape that is in harmony with the mountains. Clubs, sports equipment, services, accommodation, adventure tourism proposals and water sports, including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing, among others, are some of the attractions currently exhibited by the valley and its surrounding landscapes.
On the shore of the lake is the Villa de Potrerillos, the center of tourist services in the area, where the locals offer exquisite typical foods, elaborate handicrafts, tame horse rentals and much more.
